Overview
Progressive Learning College of Education is situated in Rewari City in Haryana state of India. Established in the year 2007, it is (accredited from N.C.T.E.) Jaipur and it is affiliated to Maharshi Dayanand University, Rohtak (Haryana) now it is affiliated to Indira Gandhi University, Meerpur, Rewari (Haryana). PLCE, Rewari offers B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) two year regular course. Hostel facility is not available for its students. Additional campus facilities such as academic zone, computer lab, library and other educational facilities are also available.

Education should help one to acquire life skills, thereby live well, behave well to others and contribute his/her best to the society/nation/world. Ultimately the aim of education should be the real peace in the world, where persons only use, develop and spread the positives in them.
Father of our nation, Mahatma Gandhi has beautifully observed the meaning of Education as ‘The all-round drawing out of the best in child and man, in body, mind and spirit’. Here in this college we are in that effort to bring out the best in our pupil teachers, in all aspects, so that they are equipped to do the same when they become the real teachers later. All the activities are organized here as a team work by the faculty to achieve this common goal.
I am sure that with the commitment of our college management, the support of our students and the strong bond with our well-wishers would be able to fulfil the aspirations of the society.
